Participants: Pasquale, Max
planned route: take the 6 and then 28 with the possible escalation of the summit of Jupiter, then reconnect to 28 and a short 3 to 6 go entirely back to the car.
Path realized: a little 'less ...
data path (created):
km: 8.0
time: 3 hours and 24 minutes
average value: 2.4 km / h
Meeting at 6.45 at Portoferraio (I strangely late), then passed Poggio parking near the 6, leaving the arrival of 7.43 hours trek trek at 11 am , 07.
Weather: sunny, third heaven, the starting temperature 18 °, 23 °
arrival Note:
begin running on a 6 in good condition and sufficiently reported up to 28, to which we proceed.
continue to rise until it intersects the 10 who briefly leave immediately continuing on the 28 from here on trail and in need of cleaning.
pass close to the top of Jupiter we opt for an off-track to the summit.
questionable decision but certainly unpleasant consequences.
I put a foot wrong and I fall ill experiencing a severe pain in the ankle.
At the time of writing it is very likely a strained ankle, after a morning visit to the orthopedic plate and maybe I'll know more.
The incident causes us a slow descent along the first 28 and then 3, where a colleague telephoned Pasquale (thanks again) takes us to our car.
